| | | | | | Cancellation/Refund Policy | | | | All monies (less the $895 deposit) will be promptly refunded for cancellations received 45 or more days prior to departure. Cancellations received 44 to 22 days prior to departure will be subject to a cancellation fee of 45% of the program cost (less the $895 deposit). If a cancellation is made within 21 days prior to departure there will be no refund. No refund will be made for unused services during the program.
